Movie Deal
I know it's odd to say I'm still broke from all of my investing time and money into Bruno and also to ask my fans to support me, and then in the same breath to say that I just signed a hollywood movie contract. But, well, here's the deal. I signed a movie option contract with Director Jeremiah Chechik. Of his films, the one that might closest resemble a Bruno type movie would be "Benny and Joon". As it is Hollywood, you all are no doubt aware that I am a bit cynical and jaded, but in talking with him so far, I am hopefull. Optimistic is something else completely, but I'm taking it as fate dishes it out. As far as money, it may end up setting me up nicely for many many years, which is the sole purpose of this. My dream is to just do my art for my life's work, and this might be the bridge to that. But as of yet, well, I have only spent money. There was an option fee I recieved, but it didn't quite cover the expenses of my attorney. So yeah, there's always a chance this might not come into being even though everyone hopes it will. So unfortunately I can't depend on it whatsoever. And if I do get paid, you all will know, trust me. But for now it is wait wait wait. Oh, and did I retain publishing rights, though to rest-assure all of you (since they do have some merchandising rights) every product that comes from me that I fully endorse will have the additional "goodboy" symbol on it. The exceptions of course, are any products printed before now.
